I have a 1997 Toyota Tacoma and a few weeks ago I was in a minor car accident which pretty much damaged my entire front end. This was my first car accident ever and I was the one given the ticket and naturally I was very upset over what happened. I only have liability insurance so I had to pay for this out of my own pocket. I called Pit Stop Automotive to get a tow and found out that they also do body work ect... I spoke to the owner Shawn and explained my situation and he was very comforting and understanding to the fact that I didn't have a lot to spend, he reassured me that he could do all the work and so I decided to take the chance. I honestly do not trust most auto mechanics because of all the bad experiences I have had in the past ( especially in New Orleans). I have to say he did an amazing job with my truck. Not only did he fix the front end for a reasonable price, he surprised me with a brand new paint job ( at no additional cost) on the entire truck and trust me it desperately needed it. It is a black truck and it was rusted all over. I now feel like I have a brand new truck fresh out of a dealership. My neighbors on my street keep stopping to ask me if bought a new truck because they can not believe how good it now looks. Thank you Shawn for restoring my faith in auto mechanics and I will be more than happy to recommend your shop to anyone who asks me if I know of a "trustworthy" mechanic in this city. My truck looks so good I am almost afraid to drive it now. I will definitely be sending more business your way

Pit Stop Automotive has redeemed my faith in mechanics!
I went to Pit Stop Auto after getting a suspiciously high and inaccurate estimate at another auto repair shop. It turned out to only be my brakes, which were fixed on my car in one afternoon at a reasonable price. These guys fix the problems that other mechanics can't. Period. Fast and curtious service
Pit Stop is capable of repairing just about any automobile that you may have in your driveway or garage. The professionalism of this shop and honesty of the owner and workers is amazing. We felt that the price was completely reasonable and in fact would gladly take our automobiles here for all of our repair needs.
If you are looking for a great place to have your used auto repaired or serviced give Pit Stop a call. They will not let you down and you will be pleasantly surprised when the repairs are completed.

I am a college student from New England and didn't know where to take my car for repairs after an accident. Pit Stop took really good care of my car and did an excellent job keeping the cost for a very expensive repair job to a minimum. The extensive amount of repairs were done very quickly and my car now looks like new. I would highly recommend recommend Pit Stop!

I brought my car in for work on my brakes and they were very helpful. They explained all the services that my car needed, and they were honest about not trying to rip me off. They also were very reasonable in price. I recommend all their services!

After two very disappointing visits to other auto repair shops (where I received high and vague cost estimates and one to two week estimates for collision repairs), my expectations were low when I walked into PitStop. As a woman taking my car in for repairs alone, I felt as though I had a "please rip me off" sign on my forehead. I was pleasantly surprised by the folks at PitStop. There I received both a more reasonable estimate and a much shorter predicted wait time. The repairs to my car cost exactly as much as estimated and I got my vehicle back in three days. The car really looks great! I would also like to reiterate what others have already said about the service at Pit Stop-- both Shawn and Fallon could not have been nicer or more professional. Not only will I return to PitStop when my car needs further service but I have already recommended PitStop to several friends. Many thanks!!!
